 The HOA Board is seeking volunteers for a nominating committee which consists of a committee chairperson and one or two other volunteers to help in filling the positions that will be up for election at the May 17, 2025 General Membership Meeting
Positions that are open for election: President,  Secretary,  Directors of GSMOL, Policy and Procedure and Emergency Response.
All HOA Board contact information is located on this website. Please contact them if you would like to volunteer to be on the nominating committee or if you would like to volunteer for one of the open Board positions.

HOA Board Positions and Descriptions

There have been many questions about the upcoming HOA election and which positions are open, what is the job, how long is the term. How does the system work if someone leaves the position early, etc.

Here are answers to the questions:

1.  The positions are a two year term for ALL Officers and Directors.

2.  If an Officer or Director decides to leave their position on the Board before end of term, the Board of         Officers and Directors looks for a candidate and votes on the person who is interested. 

3.  There is an election every year because some of the positions are  elected on even years and others         on odd years. (information is on the attached PDF file)

4.  The nominees are approached by the nominating committee. The nominees give a short essay as to       their qualifications for the position. 

5.  A deadline date is set for all nominations to be submitted and nominees are announced at the                 March HOA meeting. 

  6. If all positions are unopposed, voting will be done by acclamation by the Board first, then the                        community votes at the May HOA meeting.         

REMEMBER, YOU MUST PAY HOA DUES, WHICH ARE $10/HOUSEHOLD, IN ORDER TO VOTE IN THE ELECTION!
